Cancellation of our Agreement can be made via any clear statement to us, whether that is a visit in person, by completing and posting a form (click here to download), by telephone or fax, or by sending the following information by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, clearly stating that you wish to cancel the Agreement:
- Full name
- Post Code
- Date of Birth
- Reference Number(s)
All calls will be logged and recorded.
As per our Terms of Business, no charge will be made if cancellation occurs within 14 days. Thereafter our normal fee will be charged, as per our Terms of Business.
